Stand back, I'm a professional.

Okay, I realize that this may be picture overload. But, seeing as how I had over 300 pictures to choose from I feel like I showed great restraint. We bought this awesome camera over a year ago and have yet to really figure out how to use it. Teresa and Kris are photography masters and were nice enough to help me out. We were going to get them professionally done but they wanted to charge $300. No thanks to that! So, enjoy. This is the first post of birthday pictures and none of these are photo-shopped. I will probably post again with some tweaked photos. Then again, I've been telling myself I need to blog for months. I guess what I'm saying is... don't hold your breath.

You definitely don't have to look at all the photos, but you should still probably leave a comment about how cute she is. I'm one of those moms. I am secretly hoping that every person I talk to will ask to see photos so I can show her off. Here's hoping!

New Siri Pictures

Merry Christmas

Our Christmas was pretty great this year! We were able to see both of our parents and had a ton of fun spending the holidays with family.

This is Siri and Grandpa T. on Christmas Day. I love watching my Dad hold her. He is completely invested in her while he's with her and she totally responds. She'll sit and coo at him forever.

This was in Colorado on Christmas Eve. Jay's parents got Siri this awesome horse that makes sound and moves it's tail. She really enjoyed it.

Photo Shoot

While we were in the hospital they had a photographer come around and take pictures. They were super cute...and super expensive. Since I just paid a ton for a great camera I decided I could do the same thing. Although they didn't turn out as well as hers, I am still getting the hang of this camera thing, they turned out pretty well

Siri's firsts

Siri was blessed by my Dad on October 28th. Her blessing dress was made from my Mom's wedding dress and made by my sweet aunt, Mary. It turned out so great!

We went to Colorado for Thanksgiving. It was the first time since the hospital Jay's parents got to see Siri.
